Pyramid Partnership is a workforce development agency with over 33 years of experience assisting businesses and job-seekers. Pyramid currently oversees the Chicagoland Hospitality Sector Center which is made possible through a grant grant from the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership. In addition, Pyramid operates The Chicagoland Retail Sector Center. The Chicagoland Retail Sector Center is funded through a $10.9 million grant from the Walmart Foundation made to the Chicago Cook County Workforce Partnership. The Two-year initiative aims to increase the economic ability of workers in retail and related sectors and is the largest investment to date as part of Walmart and the Walmart Foundation's Opportunity initiative. This program effort works with nonprofits, educational institutions and government agencies to make it easier for people to advance more quickly in the retail sector.
