Northill was established in the mid 1990’s as a property business focused on creating value from converting undervalued and largely redundant commercial property in Central London into residential apartments. It has undertaken developments with a capital value in today's terms of almost £120m. Today Northill is a London based residential development company focused on new build projects of up to 50 units in up-and-coming parts of the wider City Fringe and inner London Boroughs.
