Through its management team members who have hotel operating background and experience, as well as hotel performance analysis, Neem and Company will support Client in reviewing operating performance effectiveness through analysis for performance of the hotel relative to its positioning, competitive set and provide recommendations for cash flow improvements and value enhancing opportunities. • Establish for Client, the Hotel Policy Implementation Committee framework where on a monthly basis, Neem and Company will review the performance of the hotel operator and advise the Client on performance and management of the operator. • Support the Client in budget and business plan approvals. • Support the Client in reviewing capital expenditure planning and control • Support Client in transitioning or reflagging of assets, where required Concept Development Assist in the preparation of the project definition. Conceptual • Assist in the preparation of the site/ master plan. • Assist in the preparation of conceptual plans. • Provide space planning assistance and guidance to Architect. • Assist in the preparation of outline specifications on mechanical and electrical systems. • Advice and technical recommendation to interior designer on functional layouts of guestrooms, public areas and food and beverage facilities. Preliminary design • Review preliminary plans • Develop sketch schematic layouts for improvement. • Approve plans • Review and approve mechanical and electrical specifications and single line diagrams Final Design Assistance • Review final plans • Approve plans and specifications when acceptable • Assist in the preparation of the project definition • Supervise the preparation of concept design • Provide review and comments on concept design.
