Second to this is the need to combine modern technology with the customer’s needs. The modern age has encouraged society to become highly driven by digital marketing and its easy for companies to forget that the customer is central. Therefore, by making the customer central to any product and combining digital marketing effectively, we can ensure that the customer will feel confident in their decisions and fully understand any agreement they may enter into without getting lost in the digital minefield of information.
