I’m Bronya, the baker wanting to kick standard cakes into touch. I believe that cake should be thought about a little bit differently. A cake shouldn’t be just a round Victoria sponge. A wedding cake doesn’t have to be a tall white tower with a cascade of flowers. A cake can be more than vanilla or chocolate. A cake should be a centre piece. It should wrap all the personality of the recipient up in sweet sugar. A cake should above all taste damn good! A cake should have colour, texture, personality and flavour – it is a world of baking possibilities.
