The Village Markets is an award-winning boutique market, launching pad and community for creative small businesses. Founded in 2008 by Marissa Bowden and Sarah Schoeller, The Village Markets® trades every month, on the first and third Sunday at Burleigh Heads State School 8.30AM - 1PM and showcases 80+ boutique market stalls in fashion, vintage, art and design, live music by local artists, street food and our famous pre-loved designer and vintage Rack Sales. TVM has provided a launching pad for thousands of creative businesses over the past 14 years, including the likes of peony Swimwear, Kivari, Cleopatras Bling, Mr Consistent, Lokoa and musicians Ziggy Alberts and Tones and I. TVM is more than a market, with opportunities for supporting small creatives brands including an online directory Virtual Village, digital content creation and publicity opportunities.
