Sometimes when life is difficult, we try to take on everything ourselves. I am here to let you know that you do not have to do it all alone. My counseling style is client centered, strength based, culturally sensitive and trauma informed. I use therapeutic modalities specific to a client’s individual needs and experiences. Helping others negotiate life transformations and regain control in their life is my passion.
