It includes the beliefs and behaviors we inherit from our family and society, as well as our ancestry, social conditions, culture, and values. It is the accumulation of our unique lived experiences that shape the individuals we are. Inheritance is not just something we come into, it’s what we connect through. OUR METHODOLOGY Traditional approaches to Inclusion, such as bias trainings, often focus on external differences, which is surface level and ineffective. We want to foster true evolution. That’s why we create immersive programs that dive deep into our own inheritance and inherited belief systems — those we celebrate, and those we hide — to empower real change.
