Rascal is an arts & culture publication for kids and teens that strives to provide pathways for problem-solving, exploration, and deeper thinking, while placing emphasis on philanthropy, inclusivity, and kindness. We want to serve the community by offering free and affordable programming, family resources, and by raising funds to feed back into after school programs. We need to wholly support and champion our youth if we want to take a serious crack at keeping them off the streets.
