In Japan, botan is considered as one of the three most beautiful flowers. In China, botan was the national flower until 1929. Botan’s flower meanings include “high class,” “quality of king/nobleman,” “sincerity,” “honesty,” and “faithfulness.” As well as the flower botan, inside of the flower, you see a button, which in Japanese spells the same as the flower, botan.
