Vision: Become the leading career developing center in the Balkan's region, which applies international experience in the field of career development to improve practical skills learned at our Faculty, accomplishments achieved in everyday work which in total contribute to making highly skilled experts in the field of management, operations management, quality management and information technology. Projects: FONklame - The festival of marketing, which has become a traditional project of our organization, has a great goal to entertain and educate students at the same time. The project itself shines with creativity, introduces students in the world of marketing with an outmost willingness to explain its significance in the business of modern organizations. Vruća Stolica – One of the newest and the most significant projects of our organization. The goal is to bring closer: steps of employment, right ways to write a resume, business communication, how to develop a successful career, business dress-code; to students of our Faculty throughout the days of theory and days of interviews. FONup – The main idea of this project is getting students informed and motivated to work on Startup projects, mainly in the aspect of information technology. Combining classes and creative sessions, we want to help students to find their way of expressing their ideas in practical usage. Aktivan Student – It is our brand-new project which was held for the first time in 2016. The goal of the project is to make students aware of activism.
