At OMC! (Only Maine Coons Rescue) we are a group of volunteers with a passion to save Maine Coon/Maine Coon Mix Cats/Kittens. Each of us has an important part to play in the running of this rescue. Volunteering in our spare time to do whatever we can to save these beautiful cats from situations including being unwanted, facing euthanasia, or coming from a bad home situation. We work hard to find each and every "Coonie" the best possible "furrever" home. OMC is composed of a network of foster homes. While we work to find our cats the "purrfect" home, we bring them into our homes. We nurture and care for them as if they were our own. Then when the time comes, we let them go to their new "furrever" home. This is always a bittersweet time for the foster parents, but then the next cat that needs saving comes along, and we do it all over again. Saving one "Coonie" at a time keeps us going strong.
