Our business began with the notion that gin could be improved. With that in mind, we created our award winning Victoria Gin. We continued to exercise our creativity as we developed our Oaken Gin and Left Coast Hemp Vodka. From there, a line of lively cocktail bitters was created –Twisted and Bitter. As much as we love making (and drinking) intriguing spirits, we also love showing people how they are made. Whether it’s in front of our wood-fired still in Victoria, at a seminar in Toronto or a tasting booth in New Orleans, we are keen to show you how it’s made, differently.
