HumbleStrong is a leadership and management company dedicated to helping people actually get from where they are to where they want to go by becoming who they need to be. We started as a small group of over-educated, arrogant 'dudes' who met once a week over wings to figure out how all our knowledge could solve everyone else's problems. Ha. After two years of spinning our intellectual wheels, we were given the opportunity to 'put our theory into practice.' It didn't take long to realize all our book smarts and theoretical wizardry needed a bit of refinement. Thanks to a lot of grace, being humbled, and a couple years of 'eating our own dog food', we've honed an effective, simple framework for understanding the science of learning, the four character tools required for doing it, and the step-by-step work necessary to get from where you are to who you need to be (oh yah, and get where you want to go). There are no shortcuts, but you really can become the person you want to be and get where you want to go by living HumbleStrong. We believe character is a skill. Learning is slow. Growth in intentional. You are your daily habits. You get to choose your focus and identity. You get to choose whether you believe you can learn and grow. The question is, "Will you?" Most people won't. Most people don't know how and they don't know why. That's where the HumbleStrong Loop brings awareness, then freedom (after a ton of great, hard work).
