We were born the best possible way: amidst two rock bands, back in 2009, in Florianópolis. We can’t deny our passion for music, and, obviously, for some other qualities we also have incorporated as our values, along the way: determination, being myself, evolution, empathy, integrity, and being involved (to become an involvee). All of these mixes and combinations of great things and incredible people around us positioned us among top rankings on GPTW, including the very first place in small companies in SC, in 2016 and 2017, and, later, two other awards featuring us on the first place but among medium companies in SC, in 2018. Yeah, we sure are some proud ‘manezinhos’! But we also perform in other places, as well. Physically, we have our branches in São Paulo (such a nice place!) and in Mexico City, where our involvees hablan español muy bien, gracias, and encourage our globalization. Our trade marketing solution is what keeps us in sync, even though we have other tracks on our setlist: Involves Club is our original web content portal to help spreading some relevant materials to people interested in this area; and Involves Experience is our annual event, and currently it is the largest experience in trade marketing on Latin America. So, if you want to take part in our history, you must have a huge wish to succeed. Ah, and Involves is a super diverse company and an advocate for social inclusion. So, to take the stage with us, you must respect (and embrace) the differences. Afterall, there are tons of rehearsals, writings, arrangements and attunements till our show time. But we are aware that are some fine people out there – including you ;)
