My Wellbeing connects therapy-seekers with quality therapists fit for their needs. As therapists and New Yorkers, the My Wellbeing team built the platform following personal experience and the experience of peers. We hope to improve the therapist-finding process by fostering trust among individuals and therapists. We look forward to easing your introduction to therapy and, ultimately, heightening your experience of self. Therapy is a rare and special opportunity to become more familiar with yourself. Sometimes, we are brought to therapy by a particular trauma or grievance. Other times, we are interested in learning about chronic pain or behaviors that interfere with our day-to-day. Other times still, we are interested in becoming the best version of ourselves, and would like to have the dedicated space weekly to work toward this very admirable goal.
