For me this means supporting people to be clear, to learn helping themselves and to continuously develop and mature. My approach comprises systemic solution-focused as well as behavioural elements and practical advise and tools. I therefore call it “Supportive Coaching”. I am full of respect and appreciation for the person I work with and admiration for their striving for development and solution.
