One-hundred thousand job openings with few qualified individuals to fill them.  Entire industries – massage therapy, machining/tool-making, over-the-road truck driving, for example –  experiencing the pain of the “skills gap” existing in the current workforce. Organic Disciplines, Inc. began as a result of the need to provide low cost, quick turn-around education to individuals that would love to get into one of those great paying jobs, but do not have the skills or licensing to qualify. Additionally, there was a clear need for economical, high quality continuing education for those needed the credits to maintain their licensure. There are many opportunities to obtain these credits; but, our focus is to also add a valued educational component that enhances an individuals career and skill-set.
