The AFG was established in September 1987 as a professional body representing the needs and interests of its Members. All Practitioners who have successfully completed an accredited Feldenkrais Professional Training Programme are entitled to apply for membership. Trainees currently undertaking a training are also eligible to apply for registration either as a 'Student' (within the first two years of the training) or as 'Student Associate' (after two years of training when the trainee is authorised to teach Awareness Through Movement).
