Carolyn is an executive coach and thinking partner with a passion for challenging and supporting people to be the best they can be. She has 30 years’ experience of human resources and leadership development in a FTSE 100 multinational organisation, and has led and managed teams across Europe. She has been coaching individuals in a variety of roles and functions throughout her career, in Europe, Asia and Africa. Her intention as your coach is to create an environment in which you can do your best creative thinking. She will listen carefully to what is being said and not said, and ask questions that invite reflection, fresh thinking and exploration. She brings both challenge and compassion, and creates a safe space in which to work, to increase your self-awareness and support your personal development. Carolyn enjoys working with inspiring individuals who are keen to develop their personal leadership style, manage change effectively, or think through questions or issues that are important to them. She is particularly interested in working with clients stepping into new or larger roles, and in supporting the development of female leaders. She has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and is a qualified NLP practitioner. She is accredited by APECS (the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision) as a ‘Practising Executive Coach’.
