The Veterinary Client Mediation service will assist with complaints between veterinary professionals and their clients. If a complaint cannot be resolved in the practice, we will help by mediating with both the veterinary professional and the client. We will listen to the complaint and then gather all the information needed to understand what has happened. We will then work with both parties to help them to reach a fair resolution.
