DELTARACK is an economical, light and practical solution for the storage and transport of natural and artificial stone, glass or other flat material that needs to stand upright, is fragile and must be protected against scratching. The Deltarack concept originated in the practice of the natural stone sector. The basic idea resulted from the need for a practical, lightweight and economical solution to transport marble and granite tablets. The current market of stone racks exists grosso modo out of two basic systems: separate metal A- and L- frames in all possible sizes, that are placed onto a pallet for transportation, and similar A- and L- frames with an integrated driving system. Both systems are especially bulky, heavy and expensive. After starting up a research and development department in 2010 we have worked out a wide range of practical, lightweight and affordable racks. All products are based on the same delta profile and made out of waterproof glued birch plywood. At the bottom, the Deltaracks include an integrated pallet for easy usage with a forklift or transpallet. For small movements at the worksite, we have developed wheel sets, wheel boards, a cart and a safety clamp. The application of these accessories can be found on this website underneath the product. We submit our products constantly to extended tests in order to guarantee optimal safety for both users and the load. In cooperation with the Belgian Packaging Institute (IBE/BVI), we have developed a tailored test programme for carrying out various static and dynamic tests on all our products. The knowledge gained from these tests has led to adjustments and improvements. Deltarack is a protected brand name. The design of the different Deltarack models is protected as well and the patent request for the concept has been submitted. The Deltarack products can therefore not be copied and the name may not be used by third parties for a similar item.
