Faulty Drafting, inter alia is one of the biggest reasons behind this. This has an adverse impact not only on the efficiency of courts, but also on access to justice. A perfect Legal draft is a door step to justice. However, Affordability and Quality of legal drafts remains an issue. An amalgam of an affordable & qualitative legal draft has become a challenge. Who are we? Draft Panacea is an initiative, which stands for this cause. We believe that Capacity Building is the step 1 towards achieving the goal of Quality Drafting. Another imperative is increasing access by increasing affordability. Legal remedy should not, and cannot be the luxury of the rich but a ray of hope for the poor, for the unheard. We aim to bridge the gap of quality and affordability in Legal Drafting & wish to create a thrust in the legal drafting sector by setting impeccable drafting standards in the lowest of the hierarchy of Courts in India.
