Design Neuroscience Center, LLC (DNC) is an out-patient Neuroscience Center that offers a comprehensive approach to the Evaluation, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Patients with various neurological conditions. DNC combines a traditional disease model with a holistic wellness approach for prevention and early detection neurological disease and disorders. Our physicians and staff focus on the treatment and restoration of an individual’s physical, emotional and cognitive capabilities to allow them to return their activities of daily living.
