We are an Artisanal Pasta Factory. We make fresh pasta and also prepare sauces, antipasti and other gastronomic specialties, with old recipes mined on the pages of our family history. The name PRIMO comes from the Italian and means "first". We like the artisanal tradition, and we advocate a fresh, natural, healthy and fun food, values that for us are much more important than mere marketing strategies and blah blah blah. As hopeless romantics that we are, we seek well-being by rescuing the rituals of a good table, of family life and by meeting friends in a happy and "messy" kitchen.
