Having served in the military as a member of the airborne regiment in the Netherlands before persuing a carreer in IT/Software Development I have a different background then most of the people I’ve worked with. In the last 10 years I’ve worked in several companies in both formal and informal leadership roles. During these years I learned a couple of things: Agility works. Teams deliver. People matter.
