Walsh & Howe focuses its practice on all areas of matrimonial and family law. Allison and Mikalen regularly represent clients in divorce, custody, support, modification and contempt proceedings. They also have experience representing clients in adoption, guardianship of minors and grandparent visitation cases. Allison has significant experience representing clients who are involved with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF). Mikalen has significant experience handling guardianships and conservatorships of adults, as well as trust and probate litigation.
