Empowering people with developmental disabilities to live full and included lives. Creative Support Alternatives provides Supported Living Services (SLS), Independent Living Services (ILS), and other services to people with developmental disabilities. All our supports are individually tailored to a person's needs and are provided in the person's own home and chosen community. Services are provided in: San Diego County (SLS & ILS) Calaveras County (ILS) Tuolumne County (ILS) Amador County (ILS) Our services are primarily funded through the San Diego Regional Center and Valley Mountain Regional Center. Creative Support Alternatives is affiliated with Interwork Institute and San Diego State University Research Foundation, a non-profit organization.
