Deep in the heart of the Cornish countryside, we’re a family-run farm that’s been lovingly making award-winning cyders, wines, spirits, juices, preserves, and sauces for nearly 40 years. Healeys Cyder is home to Cornwall's favourite cider, Rattler Cornish Cloudy Cyder, which can be found in over 750 pubs & hotels, alongside nationwide listings across Britain's largest supermarkets! In 2000, Healeys installed the first distillery in Cornwall for over 300 years and began distilling Cyder Brandy from scratch! Whiskey making in England had ceased in the late 19th century until 2003 when Healeys Cyder embarked on a collaboration with St Austell Brewery to become the first distillery in England to kick-start modern whiskey making and lead the resurgence in whiskey production. Hicks & Healey Single Malt Whiskey would soon become the first whiskey distilled in England for almost a century. Whisky commentator and author of The Whisky Bible, Jim Murray, described the whisky as "among the best debut bottlings of the last decade". More recently in 2020, Healeys Cyder launched Rattler Gin and now boasts a range of 5 flavours, including; dry, pink, pineapple, peach and oak matured dry gin.
