The Capital City LLEN (City LLEN) is a not for profit community organisation based in the heart of Melbourne delivering a range of initiatives and brokering solutions using simple and complex partnerships to enhance the outcomes of young people, focusing on those most at risk. The LLEN works with schools, government, businesses and community organisations. We also deliver the Structured Workplace Learning (SWL) program - working with local employers to source work placements to match VET requirements of senior secondary students as well as the On Track Connect initiative - tracking the outcomes of school leavers in the City of Melbourne and providing referral advice.
