The YOUths! Leadership Development Group, a registered Montreal non-profit since 2008, is a volunteer-led initiative driven toward teaching high school students to find the Leader within themselves. YOUths! organises annual leadership conferences designed to impart specialised, practical skills that we view as keys to becoming an effective leader. Additionally, the event serves to expose high school youths to like-minded individuals and community organisations, furthering their potential to discover their passions and use the skills imparted to them. After inspiring young students for over 11 years, YOUths! ceased its activities in October 2014. However, the organization wants to continue helping its members to thrive in their future projects and eventually become the great leaders of tomorrow.
