All-Points Waste Service, Inc. was incorporated in April 1996. Michael and Sam Locklear, the owners of APWS, made a mutual decision to create a company that offered unsurpassed dedication to customer service and satisfaction. With over 50 years of combined experience on their side in the area of waste removal operations and management, they were able to achieve their goal. We are HUB Certified with the State of North Carolina Department of Administration. We are also a current member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a Corporate Sponsor of The Greater Charlotte Hospitality and Tourism Alliance. All-Points Waste Service is currently an approved vendor with Compliance Depot. Additionally we have most recently become a Wipe Out Waste Ambassador with the City of Charlotte.
