Arch Insurance (EU) dac (formerly Arch Mortgage Insurance dac), is based in Dublin with branch offices in the UK and other EU locations. We were originally authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to write Class 14 (Credit) and Class 15 (Surety) business. Recently, we were authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland to write all classes of business (excluding Class 18). We will continue to bring innovation and reliability to our underwriting and claims process through our experienced management and staff. Beginning March 29, 2019, we will write P&C risks in the EU/EEA through the P&C division. Our strategy is based on writing a diverse portfolio of specialty insurance in the EU/EEA. We will continue to write mortgage insurance (MI) from our Dublin office.
