Community Off-road Transport Action Group (COTAG) COTAG are a group of volunteers who are trained to a high standard in various skills; off road driving, on road driving, VHF radio operator & first aid to name a few. COTAG 4x4 Response has memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NHS Scotland, Police Scotland and local authorities to provide assistance across the Grampian region when required.
