NXT GEN Development is a startup based in the Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area and is made up of 3 founders (Dylan Taylor, Ollie Walsh, and Chris Sheraton). Our goal is to be the guidance and driving force between individuals leaving education and beginning a successful career within the automotive industry. We carry over 30 years of combined experience and knowledge within three major automotive industry sectors; Automotive, Motorsport and Prototype Build.
