RcF Inc is a full service SERP/RCA Provider that offers design and funding platforms for Supplemental Executive/Employee Retirement Plans (SERPs). RcF's Founder established the very first RCA in Canada after the RCA legislation was introduced in 1986. In 1988, RcF designed the first tax-sheltered RCA. Since then, RcF has been providing Business Owners and Key Executives access to supplemental pension plans under the Income Tax Act designed to fund over and beyond what RRSP/IPPs can provide due to legislative funding limits. These plans are 100% tax deductible to the Corporation, and not taxed to the Executive until retirement. All RCA Trust Services are provided by our long standing arrangements with BMO Trust Company at specially reduced fees only available through RcF.
