Amanda Watkins Dunn Memorial Fund

www.awdmemorialfund.com

The AWD Memorial Fund is a non-profit organization started in memory of Amanda Watkins Dunn who was a 38 year old mother of 3 who lost her battle with breast cancer on June 21, 2016. Mandy was diagnosed in October of 2014 and battled through it to beat cancer. In April of 2016, the cancer returned. Mandy fought so hard, but ultimately lost her battle and is survived by her husband Dave and 3 kids, Hailey, Brayden and Avery. Mandy always put others before herself and always wanted to give back. Our goal is to help others who are suffering from cancer or other hard times by providing them with funds in order to ease their burden. We have most recently established the Amanda Watkins Dunn Memorial Scholarship that is given to students at Roger Bacon High School where Mandy attended. Mandy had several organizations that helped her through her fight such as the Jeffery G. Hoeh Memorial Fund, S3C Foundation, Fight For The Girls and the Pink Ribbon Girls. It was through these foundations that gave us the motivation to pay it forward in her memory.
