I started my company Marshall Townsend 2nd Leadership (MT2Leadership) after meeting and working with the members of the John Maxwell Team. I felt that my unique background, with over 40 years of experience as a coach, trainer, and leader in a very high-paced and extremely demanding leadership environment, would bring value-added to business leaders and their companies. Marshall Townsend 2nd Leadership’s mission is to coach, teach, speak, and lead business leaders to ignite their passion for running incredible business.
