Eating Disorders of York Region's Riverwalk Wellness Centres (Riverwalk) is the only grassroots non-profit organization in York Region dedicated to providing the vital support required by those affected by Eating Disorders. Riverwalk is a registered, not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing hope and support in a non-judgmental way to families and individuals affected by Eating Disorders. Riverwalk provides free support programs, including workshops, groups, and a resource telephone helpline. Riverwalk support programs are offered in different locations throughout York Region. Riverwalk works to raise awareness and lessen the stigma associated with Eating Disorders.
