Led by John Casey, who has been resource planning across all industry sectors for over 25 years, we have access to a large team of planners, each of whom has at least 20 years experience. John was previously a Director at The Forum (previously known as Professional Planning Forum) where he helped bring Best Practice to centres across Europe. He also worked in a range of Outsourcing roles, gaining experience with clients in many different sectors. A highlight of his career saw him co-design the world's first BSc(hons) programme in Customer Contact Planning & Management - and he has now successfully guided hundreds of students to achieve this unique professional qualification.
