Since our inception, we have served as court-appointed receiver on retail, office, multifamily, and lodging assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. In addition to receiverships, prior work with a special servicer gave our principal, Tom Dwyer, expertise in the asset management of REO and non-performing loans.
