JLP Development Consultancy (JLP) was founded in 1995 to offer independent consultancy services to developers, end users, and property owners. JLP is working with a variety of clients, identifying and assisting in the acquisition, development, and disposal of development and investment opportunities throughout the UK. In particular opportunities are generated which can be introduced to strategic partners on the basis of equity share rather than purely consultancy fees. The business also carries out regular canvassing of key target areas to derive off market opportunities.
