The SPARK Boston Council (formerly ONEin3) is a City of Boston initiative that empowers the millennial generation to play a greater role in planning for the future of our city. SPARK is a select community of highly active, civically-minded, young leaders working together to ensure that Boston remains the best place to live, work and play. Appointed from 20+ diverse neighborhoods, SPARK advises the Mayor, and his administration, on city policies and programs affecting Boston's millennials. Through brainstorming and discussion, they work together to generate ideas for increased millennial awareness and engagement and serve as the Mayor’s ambassadors to the rest of Boston’s expansive millennial population.
