Inclusion Hampshire specialise in offering mental health and well-being support to learners, as well as an academic and skill enhancing curriculum , tailored to meet young people’s individual needs. This means that as well as having access to our qualified teaching staff, our learners are able to access support from counsellors, therapists, music creation and pastoral care to better meet their personal requirements. We recognise school or college for can be a difficult environment to cope with for some people when life becomes complicated. A collaborative, learner-led approach in partnership with parents/carers, schools and supporting agencies, enables our learners to achieve nationally recognised qualifications and ensure change is long term and sustainable. Everyone is different and every learner will have a different pathway to success. Our Vision and Values We have reached a crisis point with our young people facing stresses and pressures far greater than before, with 1 in 8 children (roughly 3 in every classroom)* having a diagnosed mental health condition. This is at a time when support services are at an all time low. We have seen the growing need for education services which can accommodate the holistic needs of the learner. We focus on providing individual, emotional and academic support to young people, equipping them with the skills, self-belief and motivation for them to make positive changes, achieve qualifications and return to mainstream school or college. Every young person has the right to feel validated, listened to and heard. We aim to support them in building the confidence, self-worth and resilience to achieve their own personal goals and successes.
