I combine 20 plus years of corporate experience, owning, running, and managing a variety of businesses, with my naturally empathic and intuitive side, developed from studying Reiki, Seichem and Shamanic Healing. This means that a “one-size-fits-all” approach just isn’t me. Instead, I take a 360-degree, holistic approach to my clients and their business, tailoring my services to each individual client’s needs. Combining both coaching and mentoring, I often find that I am not coaching clients, in the traditional sense, but rather holding a safe space for them, enabling them to strip away the blocks that may be holding them back and providing the practical, mental, emotional and spiritual tools they need to gain business clarity, vision and strategy – a winning combination!
