The ultimate aim is a flexible and intelligent production which controls itself and is able to react to changes in production conditions. With its sensory robots inos offers the smallest feedback control system in production and quality assurance. During production there already are tests to determine if the goals given by the quality department are being met. If necessary, corrections are processed on-line, so that the production cycle can be completed. This way there is no interruption of production and the number of rejects is brought to zero. If tolerances are not met the necessary corrections are made immediately or an error message is displayed. The inos product range comprises components to build innovative, self-controlling production cells which realize a new extend of profitability for the customer.
