As consultants they are drawn daily into the rapidly changing world of technology, automation, mass consumption, … The current era of disposable goods, robotizing and the booming of the “as-a-service” business models is in stark contrast to the craftsmanship, precision, robustness and job pride with which goods were manufactured during the past centuries.
