The Humphreys Group is a collaboration of independent practitioners, led by Dr Joy Humphreys and Claes Agin. We work with groups and teams in a range of communities, organisations and industries, coaching and facilitating people undertaking change projects. We coach teams experiencing conflict, facilitate conversations for improved collaboration between teams, and assist individuals to work with the chaos of their role. We host workshops and use reflective practice to create practical strategies for improving relationships and performance at work. Joy and Claes are graduates of the RMIT Organisation Dynamics program and have extensive experience as managers and team members in the areas of Information Technology, Health, FMCG, Local Government, Water and Government Agencies.
