The African American Leadership Forum Twin Cities is dedicated to improving the experiences and lives of African Americans in MN by building a network of leaders and institutions that convenes, collaborates and champions solutions. This organization has been named the #1 Black-led nonprofit in the United States. Based in Minneapolis, AALF is a solutions based organization, seeking to resolve the inequities in African American communities throughout Minnesota. We build the leaders of tomorrow, promote programs that connect African Americans, and energize groups to share ideas. We've mastered the process of activating people to take a greater partnership stake in the social, economic and political landscapes that impact their daily lives.
