We analyse your invention, design or trademark, in complete confidence, advise you of a suitable IP strategy, and follow that strategy to provide the optimum IP rights for your product, process or service. Clients (inventors, designers and brand owners) tell us about their creations, and we take the necessary steps to intimately understand their creations, and to elucidate the original features of their creations. Better understanding always translates to better IP protection. Then, we write a patent, design, and/or trademark application document using appropriate technical vocabulary, precise grammar, and/or drawings of the creation. It is important to take a long term view, having in mind validity and potential infringements of your creation. Imagination from us is important too. We try to anticipate how a theoretical competitor may deconstruct your creation, and make some changes, in order to try and obtain the benefits of your creation without doing exactly the same thing. We'll then set out your protection so as to minimize the opportunity for them to do that.
